Worst place I had an appointment scheduled for my Taxes with Gina Green and she never showed up door was close and lights off. Was waiting for an hour and never show up. I wasn’t the only one waiting for her. This is just ridiculous. I been coming with H&R for years but never had this experience this is yet I’m going somewhere else for my taxes instead!
H&r block is a super rip off. You'll never get your money on the emerald card it's a complete rip off. H&r block rips dumb people off. Cuz you're truly dumb if you go here like me
Everything happens for a reason. I live in Tempe and drove to the location on Osborn in Phoenix, but they weren’t there. I was familiar with this location because it’s close to my moms house and I was headed there anyway. My service here has been greater than any service I’ve had with H&R Block.
