DON'T GO HERE! I walked in 3 days ago for the 2nd look, because I filed with HR Block online. It says walking welcome. They saud for a second look you need an appointment. Fine. My appointment was today ( Sunday 9am). I an on time the office is empty- no customers. Charles Ulrich was scheduled to meet with me. He calls me over and states that he is TOO BUSY to meet with me and I would have to reschedule. WHAT IS THE POINT OF MAKING AN APPOINTMENT IF THEY REFUSE TO HONOR IT???? TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME.
