I had a great experience getting my brakes and oil change done here. The work was done quickly and professionally. They took the time to explain what needed to be done and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service at a fair price.
Main guy that handles the phone barely knows how a conversation works… the mechanic who actually does the work is extremely condescending, they’re not on the same page and told me two different things on what was wrong with my car and what I should have done. Fixed it in a timely manner, sure, but very unprofessional and just overall rude, and don’t want to bother with simple conversations that a store must have with its customers…
I broke down in the area and they were extremely helpful. Super kind and quickly took care of me for a reasonable price.
