Worst service experience I’ve ever had. Took a year to get a replacement engine in my tractor. Pricing didn’t come out to what I was quoted. Would highly recommend finding the next closest Case dealer. Update, after replacing my short block in my tractor for $68,000 the rear main seal was leaking heavily while still on their lot. After that was fixed it made it one hour and the head gasket blew. BEWARE WORST DEALER IN MIDWEST FOR CASE

I’ve been a customer at the Poseyville store for about 25 years (since it was J&L Equipment). I’m a lawn and garden customer (lawn mowers, chainsaw, and etc.). Always treated fairly, and treated well. Top notch lawn equipment mechanic. Highly recommend.
