Appointments went seemingly okay for 2 months until I received notice from my tenants that the pool was turning green only 2 days after the last maintenance appointment. HQA tried twice afterward to get the pool clean and failed. They said we now have black algae and they need us to pay for stronger chemicals. They were unable to maintain it appropriately to avoid this situation and blamed our freshly cleaned filter not being new when they started.
