I booked a relaxation 45 minute massage with leighann and she was amazing!!!!! She was great to talk to. She made me feel comfortable and super relaxed! Will definately book again.
I took my mom, who had a craniectomy, here this week and the staff were absolutely amazing. They set us up in a private room, making the experience so much more comforting to all of us. No shame or embarrassment of others looking, just us with an amazing stylist who gave my mom so many compliments. We are so grateful and they will always have our business.
I went to HQ for highlights, first time was with a junior. The toner hid the problem, so after I washed it out — orange showed in the highlights. Went back again, got a senior stylist, thought it was good. She “scrubbed” in the toner, and left it on so long, I now have “orange” highlights all along the front hairline. Hair is NOT clothing, you don’t scrub hair roughly , like your scrubbing out a stain on a piece of clothing. The senior charges $300 +.
