HQRV came out to repair issues that were caused by a different contractor following an insurance claim. They have been absolutely amazing every step of the way and I highly recommend them to anyone needing an RV repair.
Of course my cord plug would burn up on a holiday and leave me stranded during the cold season. Thankful for the quick answer to my message, ordering the part, and coming out as soon as the pet came in. I will be using HQ RV for the remainder of my stay in Arkansas.
I would give Brandon more than five stars if possible. He is professional, knowledgeable, honest and friendly. We’ve had him out numerous times and he never disappoints!

I had the pleasure of talking with Bradley from HQ RV Repair. Even though he was not able to come to my motorhome to look at our water heater. He did take the time to help me to get it fixed. If I ever am back in the North Little Rock AR. area and need a mobile RV repair Tech. I will most definitely be calling him. He is a nice person and a honest/trustworthy service technician.
