As the other reviews have stated, avoid this place like the plague. Placed an order July 4th, got the run around from the owner for an entire month about my stuff shipping (everything was in stock at motobilt with same day shipping from them). Ended up having to file a paypal case in order to get my money back. Absolute scam.
One of the worst off road parts dealers I've ever used. Placed order for Genright bumper as they had the best price online and don't charge sales tax. Had to reach out for update. Received the typical excuse after excuse on when it would ship/when I would have tracking. Called Genright and they had the bumper I ordered in stock and never received the dropship from HQ. Have to give 1 star to do a rating. Sadly, I have to agree with a previous review. THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE. No communications on order status, unless initiated by me. If you have no intent on honoring the sale, cancel it up front. Stated he would refund the purchase but hasn’t (stated he was in a meeting) umm, don’t really care. You are a business, be responsive to your customers. Save yourself the stress and go someplace else. This company isn’t what you are looking for.
