Dr Monroe is very nice, but the people in the front office scheduling are some of the rudest people I have ever spoken with!!! I am sorry to inconvenience them with an appointment

I was seen on April 30 by Dr Ahearn she was okay, but she told me there was a 90 day warranty, wrong. I picked up my glasses on May 9th and informed them on May 16th I could not see out of the glasses. I was told by the guy at the optical desk this was because of them being lined bifocals and not progressive lens, but since my insurance didn't cover progressive lens the only thing they would do for me was put me in tri-focals.
