I recently had my first experience with Hanibal when I requested a technician to come last Friday to check whether a power outage was related to Hydro, and I was extremely impressed with the service I received. He arrived very quickly and was highly professional throughout his visit. He carefully investigated the issue and took the time to explain everything clearly and respectfully.
