My car went into limp mode with severely reduced power. Called a mobile mechanic who had to make 2 trips, second trip with another colleague, did a lot of computer work amd improved it slightly charging nearly £400. Went to HQ Blackburn and Callum attached the mobile diagnostic computer and got the same message. He took a look at the engine and pulled away the air intake hose, got a screwdriver and reattached and tightened the screw. My car was back to normal and Callum didn't even charge me.
I recently visited HQ for installations of new parts and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.The work was done efficiently and to a high standard. My car runs perfectly. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. Keep up the good work HQ.
