I recently started going here, I have never had such a terrible experience with any sort of doctor in my life. When you come in you have to wait at least an extra 2 hours before you can even get a chance to get to a back room, then you must wait at least another hour to see Dr. Pittman. I have been a patient here for several years. While the actual medical care has managed what I need well, the managment of the office is horrid. You wait 2-3 hours past your appointment time. You will also go months fighting with the office staff to get them to submit prior authorizations. This has resulted in me navigating the world unmedicated for weeks at a time as a diabetic, that is completely unacceptable. Office managment is horrid, they never answer the phone. Dr. Pittman is amazing and very thorough. He got my A1C to a normal level in less than 7 months and helped me lose a significant amount of weight. Everyone in his office is very kind. Highly recommend.
I do not trust doctors that will lie to you.This man told me.I had to come back every Month to get a prescription.This is nothing but a money Stealing persons. I am married to a nurse to type a medication. I was on does not require seeing a Doctor every month. I am thinking about getting a high-paid lawyer and costing him millions for his lie.
Great people to work with. I haven't had to many issues with them. They are one of very few doctors that haven't shamed me or belittled me for having to be on testosterone (because of cancer) in my mid 20s. That being said expect a bit of a wait after getting checked in. It's endocrinology. The treatments are very individualized and take time. The only big issue I have with the Bloomington office is the phone issue that they have been plagued with for the past 6 months or so and sometimes scripts get sent over wrong.
