After years of hating exercise and not being able to stay motivated I have finally found my place! Haylee is such a knowledgeable & supportive trainer. Always has a smile on her face and down for a laugh. The whole vibe at HPT is amazing. Everyone is so welcoming & encouraging with no judgment at all!
HPT is like having another family. Haylee is the best trainer on the coast, not only does she help your lifestyle, she becomes a friend and supports you in every aspect of your life. HPT makes training fun again, not feel like a chore and makes you excited to change your habits and enjoy exercise. I couldn’t imagine being and training anywhere else!
I’ve been training with Haylee for well over 5 years now and cannot recommend her highly enough! At HPT the gym environment is welcoming with a mix of men and women of all fitness levels so no matter where you are in your training/health you feel comfortable and are able to focus on your own performance.
