Very simple process to renew the policy
I was with this company for several years. I never had a claim and always paid on time. This year, my renewal was to start on 3/1 and they dropped the ball. Never sent me the new quote and didn’t renew. I called and was told “no one was available to take my call” despite it clearly being within business hours. No one called me back as promised.
