I’ve ordered from HPS RX for years and have always had excellent service and received quality products. The staff are great to work with.
This company shipped meds that have specific temperature requirements, changed their policy to require signature, so FedEx kept the package overnight in their boiling truck. I received the package and the meds were at least body temperature (well over the manufacturer's recommendation). Hpsrx staff refused to send a replacement and it took weeks of emails to receive a refund. They were incredibly rude and then closed my account.
