This company shipped meds that have specific temperature requirements, changed their policy to require signature, so FedEx kept the package overnight in their boiling truck. I received the package and the meds were at least body temperature (well over the manufacturer's recommendation). Hpsrx staff refused to send a replacement and it took weeks of emails to receive a refund. They were incredibly rude and then closed my account.
