We suffered a power outage overnight and Hydro One was able to restore power early in the morning. The problem was that several outlets and switches would not work after, even when the breakers were reset. I called HPS early that morning and they were able to arrive at my home early in the afternoon. We feared a re-wiring project was the solution but the cause of the problem was quickly determined and resolved. I have nothing but good things to say about HPS electrical. They have been great from start to finish on our addition and with making electrical changes to our existing house. Friendly, reliable and know their trade. Can't really ask for much more than that.
Remarkably punctual, professional, knowledgeable to name a few qualities, Jeff is our new electrician. Jeff took on a job that three other electricians refused to do I.e. fixing the mess of another electrician and completing the final inspection.
I cannot say enough about this company. They were knowledgeable and professional and yet kind and patient. They explained everything, and stuck to their time frame. Best part? I always felt that my needs were top priority. I'll never go anywhere else.
