Another exceptional experience of service with Scott at HPP. Big suspension and brake overhaul commissioned on my A5 went very long but Scott went above and beyond in terms of effort, improvisation and creativity to find solutions and most definitely put in extra hours for no extra charge to keep things affordable and to stick to his quote, which is a matter of principle for him despite the fact I would have been understanding of increased hourly work costs. Excellent service from Scott - professional, open and honest. Very few garages record on video their work but Scott does. He explained the process of the work undertook and the choices he had to make in repairing my 1 series BMW. I would definitely recommend HPP AUTOMOTIVE.
Took my Mazda CX5 here as had been highly recommended. I had a diagnostic done on an oil fault by an unrelated auto electrician and was fearing the worst from their diagnosis. Scott did a thorough inspection and solved several issues the car was having including the oil issue. I can only describe the service I received as efficient and competent. Scott is excellent very friendly, very knowledgeable, keeps you informed of the situation at all times, excellent workmanship, great price for the work he does. As we have an older car we will definitely use him again.
