This car was bought from here and since then the servicing has been entrusted to this scamming thief. He wanted to charge £200 to fix the ball joint and a mechanic in Newcastle fixed this for £40. This means all the repairs he has done in the past has been overcharged. The shock absorber needed fixed on the passenger side and I paid almost £400 for this but nothing was fixed. Stay well clear. Took my Mazda CX5 here as had been highly recommended. I had a diagnostic done on an oil fault by an unrelated auto electrician and was fearing the worst from their diagnosis. Scott did a thorough inspection and solved several issues the car was having including the oil issue. I can only describe the service I received as efficient and competent. Just wanted to say thanks to Scott at hpp automotive, first time I met the guy he was very friendly unlike some garages iv experienced in the past. He fitted a new timing belt and water pump to my van also repaired a leak from my master cylinder fair price and excellent job one happy customer 😊
Scott did a great job on my BMW 640d this week. Had all discs and pads replaced and installed a new intake manifold along with a full engine/turbo clean of some serious carbon build up along with an oil change! All issues are now fixed and it goes like stink! Great service and explanations throughout and a very fair price! Would defo go back and use Scott again as he knows his stuff.
