Took my BMW M235i down to Hpp, hoping to diagnose blue smoke from exhaust. Was told by many people it could be Turbo, Turbo seals or Valve oil seals. Scott was happy to come take a look, and within 15 mins ruled out all previous mentioned issues and said that the blue smoke was the result of a faulty PCV system. Scott and the team were amazing from start to finish, knowledgeable, logical, thorough. Uses parts that are recommended and doesn't throw things on, so very grateful to the team for sorting the car out when I needed it fixed! Only issue is the teams always busy! But that's a testament to the work they do!
After taking our car to several garages in the area and getting different diagnoses for our car, we took it to Scott at HPP and he spotted the problem quickly and efficiently. He absolutely went above and beyond with our car and has done a fantastic job, so much so it’s now driving better than when we bought it. If you are looking for a reliable and very competent garage then Scott is your man. Highly recommended and if i could give more than 5 stars i would!
I had my van serviced at HPP today. I received a very warm welcome and work began on time. Scott took the time to explain the work that would be carried out and the reasons for it. They only use high quality oil and parts and are extremely professional, safe and thorough. I have received an excellent service and the price was fair and very competitive. I would not hesitate in returning and I highly recommend them. Thank you very much, it’s a huge comfort to have absolute trust in a garage.
