I had the most phenomenal experience at HPO (Ajax location) with Jess! She demonstrated exceptional customer service when my prescription sunglasses didn’t arrive in time before leaving for a trip. She kept me posted all week as I was eager to pick them up. The night before I flew out, she stayed until 9:30pm (after the store was suppose to close at 6pm) to receive my shipped to ensure I got my order before flying out! Had to change optical places due to lack of communication, manager was nice enough to drop the contacts at home, appreciated but the damage is done. I can see the owner of HPO has replied, I can appreciate him caring If I found a new Optical and I did Optical Connection is well staffed and has provided me a better experience, it's also in a better convenient location, you can already tell the owner would do well with criticism, unlike HPO.

The only place where I have/will ever get contact lenses, prescription glasses and sunglasses! They have the best designer collection and the staff are so accommodating. I have several pairs from over the years and Jassi has helped me pick out every single one. She is super knowledgeable and honest. I often get compliments on each of my glasses and always highly recommend HPO!

Always come here for my glasses and eye exams. Very friendly and good service. They have a good selection of frames .

Always happy with hpo. No matter what I need, the staff accommodates me. The prices are much better than my doctor office, selection is huge. I would recommend this store.
