ABS/ Brake lite came on. HMP checked & found the problem. Due to out-of-town commitments, left the car at HPM for repairs. Tyrone (owner) & Austin (mechanic) had the car repaired & delivered to the house on our return. HPM also diagnosed & fixed a long-term mystery problem pro bono. HPM’s trustworthiness, honesty, customer service, etc. are beyond the norm from my experience as a long time Parksville resident. HPM is now my auto repair shop of choice. I highly recommend HPM Auto.
Honest, friendly , Top-quality service. Go out of their way to help. Good businesses are very busy/they are very busy. Thank you for up and beyond top quality, care. Fair pricing also. ( no idea where the hearts or prayer hands came from, but I love their work).
