J’ai besoin de nouriture special pour mon chat. Ils n’ont jamais ce dont J’ai besoin. Donc je dois appeler pour la commander a l’avance. Probleme ? IMPOSSIBLE de rentrer en contact avec la clinique. La boite vocal est remplis donc impossible de laisser un message. Quelle genre de service c’est ca ? Je vais aller voir ailleur j’en revien pas.
this used to be a great vet, the staff all knew our cat by name and were incredibly kind. But now, all the Vets have left recently and most of the staff as well... something is off... and they reduced their hours as a result, and now they appear to be closed indefinetly, with nothing on their website or their phone message indicating this... I had to go on site to discover this. I tried calling the number for the Lasalle franchise and no answers there either! and the ville emard branch closed recently as well. Our cat needs ... read more
My vet on Monk is temporary closed. We now have to go to Verdun They are only opened 3 days, is this some kind of a joke. How are we suppose to get our food supply, medicine or see a vet without our vet on Monk and your hours. Very frustrating I went to the Verdun vet on the 15th and when I got there , they were closed due to computer changes. Of course nothing on their website to indicate this.
