I have been going to this clinic for years . I had never had issues before , all surgeries and in vet appointments were handled with care and attention , unfortunately Dr.Hott is no longer there . My 11 year old Yorkie was well taken care of . My 4 year old Lab obviously without question attends the same vet . His veterinarian is Dr. Prud’homme , who unfortunately has made the last visit a terrible experience . She deemed my dog aggressive , when took NO time to interact , bond or really connect with him . Merci mille fois. J'ai appelé dans plusieurs clinique et personne ne voulait opérer mon bébé pinscher nain de 5 mois. Il avait une patte cassée. Il y a même une clinique qui me disait que je devais l'amputer. Il nous on prit en charge rapidement et excellent service.
Très bon service! Équipe disponible et qui fait preuve d’adaptabilité! Aucune pression et super accompagnement ! Nous avons Jacinthe Ringuette comme vétérinaire et je la remercie pour son merveilleux travail!
