I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this vet clinic. The level of hygiene and professionalism was honestly shocking. During my appointment, the veterinarian administered a vaccine to my cat while he still had another animal’s blood on his hands. There was no attempt to wash or sanitize before handling the next patient. Seeing something like that in a medical environment was incredibly concerning and made us question the clinic’s cleanliness standards and overall care for the animals they treat. Great service! Dr.Michaud is one of the Best veterinarians, very knowledgeable and professional. My beloved cat Oscar has been treated with the best care. I highly recommend Dr.Michaud and his clinical staff.
I was present at the appointment with @Samuel Labelle, he is my parter and posted a more detailed review. I was truly disappointed about the miss communication with the doctor. When I raised questions about the price to the receptionist, she seemed confused and surprised that the doctor didn't mention to me that it was an "emergency" appointment. À aucun moment il n’a été mentionné qu’il s’agissait d’un rendez-vous d’urgence ou qu’un tarif d’urgence serait appliqué.
