Dr.Michaud and team are GENUINE and super kind and the best of the best! My cat had an emergency and I was able to take him on the very day and was treated like family, during a time when I felt very alone and extremely upset i will never forget the care we received. Thank you so much.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this vet clinic. The level of hygiene and professionalism was honestly shocking. During my appointment, the veterinarian administered a vaccine to my cat while he still had another animal’s blood on his hands. There was no attempt to wash or sanitize before handling the next patient. Seeing something like that in a medical environment was incredibly concerning and made us question the clinic’s cleanliness standards and overall care for the animals they treat.
