Brought my elderly cat with multiple conditions for a first appointment. I was very impressed by the clinic. The staff are all very nice, they are efficient and we didn't have to wait in the waiting room at all. The veterinarian, Dr. Bayard, was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to answer my many questions, and was respectful of our opinions and wishes. Je suis perplexe concernant cet endroit. Les vétérinaires sont empathiques et semblent compétents mais le plus souvent, on voit le vétérinaire brièvement et par la suite on a affaire aux techniciens. C'est aussi ce qui est arrivé quand j'ai fait euthanasié mon chat, on ne m'a pas informée que ce serait fait par une technicienne même si elle a fait preuve de bienveillance et je pense qu'elle a fait un bon travail.
