Animaplus Laurier has been our vet for the past 7 years for two of our dogs and they are fantastic. The vets take a lot of time to explain options to us and are always open about the costs of treatment options which is often a difficult reality when you have a sick pet. I will never forget how empathetic and helpful Drs Mutch and Kachef were to me when it was time to put my elderly dog to sleep. Service à la clientèle extrêmement décevant. Je ne recommanderais malheureusement pas cette entreprise. J’ai rarement eu affaire à un service aussi peu professionnel et insatisfaisant. Mon expérience a été marquée par un manque flagrant de sérieux et de considération envers le client.
Brought my elderly cat with multiple conditions for a first appointment. I was very impressed by the clinic. The staff are all very nice, they are efficient and we didn't have to wait in the waiting room at all. The veterinarian, Dr. Bayard, was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to answer my many questions, and was respectful of our opinions and wishes. I am so lucky that we have this clinic near us for ongoing care of our cat!
I was very happy with my first visit, the staff and vet treated me and my cat extremely well and were very kind and helpful.
Absolutely the best team! They treat our babies like family, with so much love and genuine care. Every visit, you can feel that their kindness and dedication truly come from the heart.
