Après une prise de rendez-vous pour un vaccin contre la rage et la maladie de Lyme, on m'avait expliqué au téléphone que le total serait ~120$ pour un examen obligatoire et ~50$ pour chaque vaccin (2 au total). J'avais été très clair que je n'avais pas besoin des autres vaccins. Le total aurait dû être ~220$+tx. Aujourd'hui, on a donné 3 vaccins supplémentaires qui avaient été refusés ou qui n'avaient pas étés discutés moment de la prise de rendez-vous. I've had 14 years at this place, but the hours changed and the vet won't see anyone after 2:30. They won't provide me with the heartworm medication my dog needs without an appointment, but they no longer offer appointments during the times that I've booked them for the past 14 years.
