Worst ER experiences of my life happened in Wakefield. Gross incompetence or language bias…maybe both. After waiting for more than 7 hours in a relatively quiet ER with my top lip almost entirely severed, during which time I could hear the doctor laughing on the phone with a buddy instead of coming to see me, he finally came in, told me he didn’t want to treat me and asked if I could maybe drive myself to Ottawa instead. Excellent service à l’hôpital Belle Écoute ! Le triage a été rapide et le médecin très compétent — Le seul petit bémol : il manque de matériel comme la radiologie et le scan. Malgré cela, je suis très reconnaissante envers toute l’équipe pour leur professionnalisme et leur efficacité. Merci !
