I must say Quebec just never ceases in lowering the bar in the healthcare department. I mean it's just heartbreaking looking at people waiting that long to see a doctor at the hospital. Not knowing if or when you'll see a doctor at the emergency is really frustrating especially when you think of the amount of money taxpayers put into the system.
I’ve been in the waiting room for over 8 hours, it hasn’t been busy the whole time I’ve been here and yet by my count only 8 people have gone in to see a doctor so far. That’s one patient an hour, even if there’s only ONE doctor how is that even possible.
Un gros merci à l’équipe qui mon reçus hier pour des points de suture que j’ai du avoir après un accident de travail. Service rapide courtois et très amicale j’en revenais pas. Je venais d’arriver de l’hôpital de Gatineau et je devais attendre en moyenne entre 20-25 heures pour rencontrer le médecin et devait m’assoir par terre car il n’y avait plus de banc pour personne … un gros merci encore à toute l’équipe.
Had great service. Came in to see a doctor at the er on the weekend for my daughter. Everyone was nice and helpful. Got the proper diagnosis and prescription. The wait was long, but it's the same in every er.
They always serve us very well, thank you, we are very grateful.
