I came here with symptoms of post partum uterine infection but was never given a pelvic exam. Wasted my time and money for an incomplete service.
I wanted to leave a positive review after my last two visits to the Lachine Hospital emergency room, especially since many of the reviews here are not very encouraging. Yes, the building is a little run down and currently in the middle of renovations, and of course it is never fun having to wait in an emergency room. That said, I have had a genuinely good experience with pretty much every nurse and doctor I have dealt with over the past few months. The worst The worst I don't have word to describe how unprofessional there are here
I want to thank the nursing staff on the fourth floor for their exceptional kindness while I was recovering from my procedure. They were attentive to every request and checked on me constantly to ensure I was comfortable and pain free. The rooms were kept tidy and the shift changes were seamless. It is rare to find such a supportive environment in a public hospital setting and I truly appreciate the dedication shown by every single person who cared for me during my time there.
