This June I waited over 3 hours in extreme agony with an abdominal hernia without even seeing the triage nurse. I eventually had to pay for a taxi to go to the Wakefield hospital to get any resemblance of a service. If I could give 0 stars I would. The staff is undoubtedly doing their best but the severe lack of staff makes the service quasi inexistent. if you can drive anywhere else.... do it...

Don't NOT go to this hospital if you are English speaking only. You will be ignored and your family will be ignored. If you want information from a doctor GOOD LUCK! The doctor's don't call you back if you have questions about your sick loved ones. It's a miserable place to be if you are in bad health. Absolutely disgusting treatment!!

Leur système téléphonique est terrible. J’essaie simplement de joindre mon médecin : après 8 appels, j’ai parlé à 3 personnes différentes qui m’ont toutes dit que je n’étais pas au bon endroit, en plus d’être redirigé vers 3 boîtes vocales qui ne précisent même pas clairement si on a rejoint le bon service. Je ne sais même pas si quelqu’un va me rappeler et si je vais réussir à parler à mon médecin, ou si je vais devoir me présenter directement sur place.
