Lots of miscommunication between departments which is concerning. The receptionist at Day Medicine seems like she would prefer to be anywhere else but her job. I half expected her to say “whatever” when I gave her my hospital card. Plus you need to ring a bell to get her attention from the back room, like a motel reception.
