HPI Hair was such a blessing to me during a really discouraging time. I went there when I was losing patches of hair from alopecia areata. At that point, I had already been getting steroid injections in my scalp and wasn’t seeing any improvement, so I was honestly pretty doubtful that anything would really help. Kimberly and staff are so helpful, supportive, and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend to anyone having hair issues to get to the root of the problem. Can’t recommend them enough!
Had a pretty poor experience. The doctor didn't even attend the appointment, but dedicated it to someone else who literally said a certain test result looked better than hers and all other tests were "fine, should not cause hair fall." Nevertheless, the shedding persisted!! When asked more questions, all she did was recommend minoxidil. For someone who has an autoimmune disease! Never followed up, even though she said they would. Thanks for nothing.
