Ordered a K brace kit on December 21st. Almost 4 months later, still haven't received it. Called credit card company and made a dispute. Called several times being very nice asking status of my order. They tell me they're gonna call back and never do. Going with another company

I guess i should have listened to the few reviews ! Wouldn’t ever use this company again .
0 stars Took a truck there for wiring a year ago , the job never was completed, this place is nothing but a fraud , do not do business here . I lost a lot of funds . The only real reviews here are the ones like mine . Hpi customs is not worth a star , fraud ! Update: I placed a complaint with the BBB aug 22 , 2020 case was closed today nov 2 2020 with NO REPLY! this is unbelivable and poor ! Check out BBB . I've been waiting 4 months to receive a simple part from them and they always giving me the run around they have really but really bad customer service they told me that they have ship it more then 3 times and one time they even sent me a tracking number that doesn't exist. I like there product but I am having issues with the emergency brake cable on my 1971 Chevelle.
