I can't say enough on how caring and passionate this HPH hospice is. Both my parents were in the care of Crystals team out of the Brooksville office. Everyone treated my parents and me with the compassion and love we needed in a difficult time. Raquel the RNCC nurse that kept me up to date on all my parents medical condition. terrible misunderstanding with day staff ,i was pushed aside due to friendship matters, gross representation of hph overall, the on call and night nurses were ANGELS....i have no reason to lie.PEACE be with you all.

I unfortunately I have had many recent experiences with the different health care facilities and agencies. Most are unorganized and do not seem to care about the patients they are supposed to be providing healthcare for. My mother was recently placed on Hospice. My experience with them was far different. They followed through on everything they said they would. They went above and beyond to make sure my mother was cared for and comfortable during her final days.
