Charlie's done a couple of jobs for me now - he's friendly, efficient and professional. My hot water system burst and he was able to replace it within a couple of hours which was fantastic. I couldn't recommend him more!

Charlie was an absolute pleasure to work with. He made time to come over and check out what we were looking to have done in the home, and then had the quote ready that evening. He communicated effectively whenever we had questions, and his responses were polite and prompt. Most importantly - he and his apprentice did a great job, and at a really good price. We are so happy we chose Charlie and his team and we will definitely use Hughes Plumbing Group again :)

Charlie is the perfect plumber! Puntual, capable, keeps his promises, compliant, cheerful and does great work. Cannot fault him or his assistant and thank them for their help in an emergency situation.
