Communication is poor and waiting for a walk through date yet to have any response from HPG. Yet pushed for final invoice to be paid. Asked about missing items that were included in our contract and no response about this either. Through out build stages we had damage to garage floor, brickwork, water meter, rain water tank and also minor damage through out. My partner and I have just built with HPG and are moving into our house this weekend. We have been very satisfied and happy with the whole process, since starting our journey to now about to move in. The house is beautiful and everything we had planned it to be. Through the process, HPG have kept us up to date with any changes or delays and have always be extremely efficient in responding to emails and phone calls/messages. HPG have been more than amazing through our entire building project. We cannot speak more highly of Deb and Mark, who guided us through the entire process since it was our first time building a home. They walked us through all the steps and explained in detail the process. The house was finished on time and to spec minus a few weather delays. We are happily now in our first house and would highly recommend talking to HPG.
