I could not be more happier with the end result of my HPG home! The communication was open throughout the entire process from start to finish. The sales consultant Matt had a mountain of experience. The fixed price, Turney option was one of the key factors for wanting to use HPG as my preferred builder and I am now happy I have my dream home! Communication is poor and waiting for a walk through date yet to have any response from HPG. Yet pushed for final invoice to be paid. Asked about missing items that were included in our contract and no response about this either. Through out build stages we had damage to garage floor, brickwork, water meter, rain water tank and also minor damage through out. Major damage was driveway caving in from a heavy vehicle being driven up the driveway from a tradie contracted by HPG and was witnessed by neighbours but he never said a... read more
