I purchased a diamond ring from Perry Jewelers in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and I was very impressed with their customer service. The staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. They made the experience smooth and enjoyable, and I felt well taken care of.
I went in not knowing if they would charge me or not to get a simple bracelet appraised. They did so without hesitation. While I was waiting for the customer in front of me, I had a look at their showroom. So many amazing pieces on display in such a small shop! Every person behind the counter was extremely helpful, professional, and courteous. Thank you guys so much for your help. I decided to give the bracelet to my mother for Christmas!
They made the most gorgeous engagement ring for me! Everyone is so friendly and helpful I cannot recommend them enough
