One of the best personal trainers around! He will work with you to create an individualized fitness program and meal plan based around your goals, whether it’s strength gains, weight loss, etc. The workouts are always challenging but fun! He is encouraging and motivating. I would recommend HPerez Fitness in a heartbeat!
