i suffered the misfortune of a boiler failure over the festive season. Most of the Companies i contacted, did not want to know, did not phone back and could not visit or give me a date when they could visit. However, HPE (engineer Rob Sale) was excellent. He contacted me when he said he would, kept closely in touch , even phoning me on Xmas day. He installed a new boiler for me ,carrying out the work professionally and to an exceptional high standard. Robs been looking after my plumbing and heating for a few years now and is very competent, professional, and very fair price wise. Would recommend without hesitation.
Rob was fantastic, we had no hot water or heating and had been given 9 days to wait from British Gas. He was out the next night and diagnosed and fixed the fault in no time at all. Can’t thank him enough. Would highly recommend.
