Wanted an air source heating and cooling system for the upstairs bedrooms. Quick response to the request for a quote, actually turned up on time and a quote was provided within the week. Very flexible about starting to fit around me. Professional and clean install, tidied after themselves, and when there was a problem (due to my old wiring, and not their work) they were back in 48 hours to isolate the fault and the system has run perfectly since. Very happy with the service and the product.
Alan and team were fantastic, units are great, work was expertly done , meticulous and checked thoroughly. Really pleased with the workmanship, the products and approach to the installation.
I have air source heating unfortunately, and it's been going wrong for a while. I have had other companies come out to repair it and each time I have to get them back again. However this time the manufacturer's put me in touch with Alan at HPE. My heating is now working as it should. At last someone who actually knows about these units. Will use Alan again if I ever need to. Excellent service
