What do you do when your hot water system fails the Sunday before Christmas? (A Christmas where we are hosting family for lunch) Contacted Horatio at HPC Plumbing and Drainage Sunday afternoon, who promises to have a look Monday morning. Turns up as promised, confirming the unit can’t be fixed. “Not a problem” says Horatio, be fixed before Christmas, Turns up 7AM Tuesday, supplies and fits a new hot water system, hot water by 11AM. Fantastic service - old world values.
Had two plumbing jobs done by Horatio so far. Very happy with the services. Horatio explained the issues and solutions well.
