Great customer service and always there when I've needed them. And there roadside tire service is impeccable. Roberto always makes sure our drivers are back on the road quickly. Henry and Talace have great patience and understanding especially when they have to deal with me. If they can accommodate you to get a much needed truck back on the road, they will always try there best. We have been doing business with HPC for about two years and would recommend them to anyone. I’m from Maine, spending the week down at the Cape. I got a flat tire on my old F-150 (a hand-me-down from my dad) and managed to pull into a gas station off Route 24. I must’ve called over 10 places, either no answer or they were too busy to deal with a “simple flat tire.” Then i called HPC and spoke with Henry. Total game-changer. He walked me through everything, and one of their guys showed up in less than an hour.
