We had a new natural gas-fired boiler/baseboard system installed to replace an ancient oil burning furnace. The team arrived on schedule and completed this extensive job in a good amount of time. All of the technicians were great and answered all of our questions about the new system. Over the last year we have had service done to our furnace by HPA. The guys at HPA have been amazing to us. For the past 3 years, I've been using HPA Services for maintenance and repair on my older model furnace and AC. Whether it's a call for regular maintenance or an emergency repair, they have always responded with terrific customer service - from the staff who take the calls to the servicemen who show up to do the work. They are prompt, reliable, and knowledgeable. They do great work at a great price. Highly recommend them!!!
Super quick response time. I’ve just returned to my summer home and found I didn’t have any hot water. HPA sent Mike out that very afternoon. He had the parts to fix the furnace and I’m back in business.
