They came out and fixed the bad wax seal on the toilet in less than 2 hours after my phone call. Very impressive!

Super quick response time. I’ve just returned to my summer home and found I didn’t have any hot water. HPA sent Mike out that very afternoon. He had the parts to fix the furnace and I’m back in business.
