I lived at the 546 Greenbay building in Highwood. The building is brand new but very poorly made. We have had constant issues with smoke coming up into our unit from the floor below, The cabinets in the kitchen and both bathrooms are very cheap and scratch easily, the laminate floors do the same. The building is directly across the street from the Metra tracks which we didn't think would be an issue, but given the thin walls it makes working from home or watching TV almost impossible. Working with HP Ventures Group was a standout experience. They’re incredibly responsive and genuinely care about their customers, always putting them first. Their dedication to community and quality over quantity in their buildings and services is remarkable. For anyone considering living in a building they manage, I highly recommend them.

Unresponsive; inept management. Horrible neighbors; the opposite of luxury living. Management makes it impossible to contact them and they are useless. Avoid HP Ventures! You’ve been warned.

Within a weeks time, I have called 7 times, left messages and still can't get a response from them. I'm trying to work with your company, but you have to answer the phone first. Update: December 4th, I have received an e-mail back from one of the consultants. Working with them to get questions answered.
