Hands down the WORST experience with a "service" company I've ever had. The previous day I scheduled them to come for an estimate on replacing a hot water valve to my washer. The next day they're supposed to be there between 2:00 and 4:00 p.m. for an estimate. At 11:38 a.m. I receive a text that they are on the way, great, so I hurry home to meet them.
