We bought two 2022 Prius Prime just before the fed tax credit expired on Sep 30, 2025. One clean, the other salvage title. Didn't bother me since a higher trim than the first for $2K less and had been professionally repaired (front end crunch). Wife found their ad. Better prices than others ask, so no need to haggle. Nice guys and professional. Just word of mouth keeps them busy. Good for used cars if you don't like tricky dealerships and just want to get it done. Alex is amazingly honest, fast, and has best prices on Prius repairs!!! I had the front rack and pinion replaced, two rear shocks, and a shield for the catalytic converter replaced ( mine from 4 years ago was done poorly at a local muffler shop) for way less than what I was quoted by a well known tire shop in my hometown an hour away. Plus, I only waited two hours!!! Very efficient and honest shop!
They never stop working to fix your car, no matter how much you pay. 10/10
