They was organized for delivery, my appt was 1 pm I show up 7.30am ! Is 8.30am and empty, I'm just waiting my paperwork
I used to always dread coming to this place i would always sweep out the trail before I arrived and they would still make me get it , washed out down the street and then when I came back , I had to wait several hours to get loaded avoid this place unless you have hours to burn
Not all that bad compared to other reviews they do have a staging area if you do arrive early for your scheduled appointment but no overnight parking is permitted, took more the. 3 hours to load 17 pallets, polite staff everything is done on your phone except Checking in and checking out, they text you when they have a vacant dock for you to back in and when your load is finish as well. Arrived at 14:00 Appointment at 14:00 Bills in hand at 17:08
