The worst since taking over Charlotte Housing Partnership needs to take control back over there property. Maintenance request have taken months for simple things. Can not use my bathroom right now. Lived here 16yrs tree limbs hanging to the ground, do not cut full yard. Trees over apartment person living in back yard, stolen car in back yard, no lighting in back yard. Cars parked on grass. I love my place but I don't like the fact they NEVER answer the phones the vmail has been full for months I can't leave a message about a concern I have and the communication isn't good at all.
Best Property Manager ever, does a great job, listens to our concerns. Very considerate and understanding of tenents.
