I have used H.P. Carpet Cleaning three times and I'm finally writing a review, even though I usually don't. My experiences with Russell, the owner and operator, have been fantastic. Each time, he leaves my home and carpets looking fresh and smelling great. He takes his time to ensure the job is done right and explains the process based on what he observes, giving helpful advice. The pricing is also very reasonable. I’ve definitely found my go-to place for carpet cleaning!
Manuel showed up right on time for our appointment. He was incredibly professional, introducing himself and laying out the plan for the carpet cleaning process. The job he did cleaning our home's carpet was superb. I was beyond pleased with the fantastic results.
