Warren took care of all our issues. Got our Sonos acct set up properly; fixed our Issue with the settings on one of our TVs and then taught us some really cool tech stuff to make our viewing experience even better. The team at Hoyt Stereo sourced and installed our new home theater surround sound with Sonos sound bar and subwoofer. They were very flexible in using some of our existing in-ceiling speakers and incorporating them into our set up. In 2021 I basically replaced my audio system with the assistance of Joe Clark. I subsequently left Florida. Nearly two years later and 1200 miles away I called Joe with a minor problem. I was treated with a total commitment to product and service. The integrity and concern evidenced by Joe and other employees at Hoyt have always surpassed my expectations.
