I should have left this review months ago. Working with Hoyt Stero was amazing from start to finish. We moved into our new home two weeks before Christmas and Joe with Hoyt came out and did a walk-through to look at the current speaker system and give us an estimate to hang our picture frame TV and add the Sonos system. Warren took care of all our issues. Got our Sonos acct set up properly; fixed our Issue with the settings on one of our TVs and then taught us some really cool tech stuff to make our viewing experience even better. The team at Hoyt Stereo sourced and installed our new home theater surround sound with Sonos sound bar and subwoofer. They were very flexible in using some of our existing in-ceiling speakers and incorporating them into our set up. The installation team was very efficient, neat, very knowledgeable got us up to code with the proper electrical outlets and wiring, and did little extras to get us completely set up before they left. Came in looking for a new needle for my turntable and was welcomed with great service. The staff listened to my needs, my budget and the style of music I listen to. The process of getting my cartridge was fast and smooth and the team was very responsive and answered my follow up questions. Would shop with again!
