I didn't end up using their service due to timing issues on my part, BUT they were the most helpful septic company- and I called everyone in the "book". I am fairly new to country living and didn't know much about my septic and the emptying. They gave me advice on how frequently it should be, as well as explaining how to locate my tank and what to look for so that I knew I was there. This advice ended up saving me a hundred bucks in locating and digging fees. Thank you!
