Wonderful place to not only work but for the residents but the family members as well.
Nightmare! Hell! Extremely horrible! Ignorance, NO compassion or empathy whatsoever! Staff stealing from patients constantly such as a cash card, a wheelchair that belonged to the patient. Staff gave the patient a child's busted up wheelchair. They have stole patients clothes, and every time patient got moved to a different room, more things were again missing. Meds not given according to Dr.s. orders. Bed sore wounds unattended causing tissue deterioration down to the bone, patient called for an ambulance but staff refused ... read more
The food is amazing. I had lunch with a family member and it was awesome! The staff was amazing. Very friendly. I met the kitchen mgr (Cassie I think her name is) and she was an absolute dream! She listened to my concerns and she validated them (which I appreciated more than you will ever know). I wish everyone I encountered there had this level of compassion for the residents there!
The dietary department goes above and beyond for the residents. The food comes from the heart. They know all the dietary needs of their residents. Thank you for all your heart and soul that goes into your food! You guys Rock!!!
