Very disappointing i’m a regular customer and earned a free drink all I did was update my phone number on my account my free drink was not reflecting as I’m showing the barista my account she can see my history and the free drink but the verbiage didn’t make sense so she calls her manager tells her manager I redeemed it which I did not then she proceeds to say she doesn’t know what it means on my account it didn’t say I redeemed anything the verbiage said something else the manager did not honor my free drink instead she tel... read more

We were staying in the area and gave Bigfoot Java a try. The coffee was okay, the hot chocolate was also okay and the frozen lattes were good but nothing special. The wait time in the drive thru line was slow considering they were staffed with 4 employees. There appeared to be more chatting amongst themselves instead of making drinks and preparing orders. Maybe it's just this location, we will try another.

This location is a joke. Been here a few times where it would take over TWENTY minutes (yes, it's audacious) for three cars to move through the drive thru. It didn't look like the cars in front of me had big orders either. I would highly advise others to go to another location and avoid this one if you respect your time.
